No dedicated hardware is required. Field staff can use any modern smartphone or tablet to access EventSight, share their location, and receive or update incident information. Command staff typically use a tablet or desktop browser for the full dashboard view.

03 How does personnel tracking work?

Staff share their location through the EventSight mobile app, which uses the GPS capability already built into their device. Positions are updated continuously and displayed on the site map in real time for command staff.

04 Can we use our existing CCTV system?

Yes. EventSight integrates with existing CCTV infrastructure, allowing camera feeds to be viewed directly within the platform. Your cameras do not need to be replaced — EventSight connects to what you already have.

05 How do we get our site map into EventSight?

You can upload your own floor plans or site maps in common image or CAD formats. Our team will help you configure the map during onboarding, including placing zones, access points, and other key markers.

06 Is EventSight available as a managed service?
